Can't read Japanese? No yen handy? Harajuku Hot takes the hassle out of international shopping.

We can help you purchase Lolita clothing and accessories from the famous Japanese brands. The charge for this service is 20% of the total price of the merchandise you would like to purchase (not including shipping/handling) or US $25.00, whichever is greater.

Here's how it works:

1. Go to the webpage of the item you want and copy the URL in the browser window.

2. Email the URL to purchasing@harajukuhot.com (if you would like to order more than one item, send all the URLs in one email) with the size/color you would like (please note, famous maker Japanese Lolita clothing often comes in only one size).

3. Harajuku Hot will send you an email confirming your order with the total price [merchandise, our fee, and shipping costs in US dollars (we do ship internationally)] and a Harajuku Hot URL.

4. Click on the URL and check out.

5. Once we confirm your payment, we will order your merchandise, which will be sent directly to you from the brand maker. If the maker does not ship overseas, Harajuku Hot will arrange to have it shipped to you through us.

Please note that we are not responsible for problems with merchandise from companies other than Harajuku Hot, and we do not handle returns.
